Ben signed for his home club Leeds in 2012, which he says is his greatest achievement. He is a former pupil at Garforth Academy and played for Oulton Raiders as well as Yorkshire. In 2010 he won the X-City Challenge and the following year he achieved great success with his club and county, collecting the BARLA Yorkshire, Challenge Cup, League Cup and the War of the Roses competition.  In 2012 he added the Division 1 Interim League to his list of honours and last year won the Leeds and District Cup.

His first rugby memory was playing in Rockie’s Tots at Oulton Raiders.  He biggest influence on his rugby is his dad and his most memorable rugby memory is winning the Yorkshire Cup.  His ideal occupation away from rugby would be a banker.   He is a lifelong Leeds Rhinos fan and his favourite sports person is Kevin Sinfield.
