The Club has a range of services and assistance available to spectators with special requirements. The Disabled Liaison Officer can be contacted via the Ticket Sales Office on non-matchdays.

Disabled viewing (accessible for wheelchairs) is available in the Carnegie Lower and Upper Stand. The stand has accessible toilets near the viewing areas.

Accessible toilets are located in the Carnegie Stand Lower and Upper (via Carnegie Cafe Ground Floor, via concourse 1st Floor, via Lewis Jones Suite top floor). Also: Sports Bar in the Main Stand, Long Bar in the East Stand.

Headsets with audio commentary for visually impaired customers are available from Ticket Office on match nights.

Ticket Prices

Disabled fans are entitled to a concession rate ticket upon valid proof of disabled allowance (DLA / PIP). A free carer ticket can be issued upon proof of carer allowance.

The ground has several designated areas for its supporters who require a wheelchair. There is availability in the Carnegie Terrace. These must be booked through the Ticket Office on 0371 423 1315 in advance of match day. We do advise that all tickets are booked at least two weeks in advance to avoid disappointment.

Car Parking

Car parking at Headingley Carnegie Stadium is very limited. There are a number of spaces sold on a Seasonal basis to Season Ticket Holders and a further allocation of spaces in car park F are available on a match by match basis. Unfortunately, due to our limited capacity, we are unable to provide disabled car parking for all requests we receive. Therefore, we have a waiting list in operation, and if any passes are available, these are dealt with on a match by match basis. To request a pass for a particular fixture, please contact the Ticket Office on 0371 423 1315. Proof of disability will be required.

The ground has good facilities for its Disabled Supporters with toilets; these are located in the Carnegie Café bar, Carnegie Upper tier and the Main Pavilion. Also for supporters who are wheelchair users there is a lift which allows access to the upper tier of the Carnegie Stand. For our visually impaired fans there are wireless headsets which receive the local hospital radio signal for most home fixtures. These are available upon request from the main pavilion.
