Jasmine Cudjoe was part of a double signing made by the Rhinos ahead of the 2022 season from Castleford Tigers and she made an instant impact by winning her first piece of silverware.
Alongside team mate Emma Lumley, the pair made the short switch from Castleford to Leeds to bolster Lois Forsell's prop and hooker options. Cudjoe featured nine times over the course of the season, debuting with a try against Leigh Miners Rangers in the Challenge Cup group stages. Most of her game time came in the league competition as she played seven out of ten games, including the Grand Final win over York.
Her 2023 campaign saw Cudjoe's development progress as she only missed three games throughout the season and recorded six tries. Despite missing games against Warrington, St Helens and Wigan towards the end of the regular league season, she appeared in every Challenge Cup match, including the historic Final against St Helens when she was a starter, plus she came off the bench in the Grand Final defeat to York.
2024 proved to be a tough season for the hooker as she made a strong start to the club's Challenge Cup campaign, but was ruled out for the majority of the season through injury. In the group stages of the Cup, she scored one try in four games as the Rhinos qualified for the semi finals, but only played in the club's first two Women's Super League matches before suffering a season ending arm injury.
An option at hooker or half back, Cudjoe started her playing career with Lindley Swifts and Brighouse Rangers before joining Castleford Tigers for their first squad in 2016. Over her five seasons with the club, she's part of the club's first-ever Challenge Cup Final side that lost to Leeds in 2018 and also featured in the 2019 Challenge Cup Final and Grand Final for the Fords.
Internationally, she was brought into the England Knights programme in 2022 and was one of three Rhinos included in the 2024 development squad.
Off the field, Cudjoe is a customer service manager.
