What's On - Rhinos v Hull KR

Leeds Rhinos host one of the most important fixtures in the club's calendar on Friday 26th June, when they welcome Hull KR to AMT Headingley for the annual MND Awareness Game, kick-off 8pm.

A crowd of more than 17,000 is expected, so supporters are encouraged to arrive early, allow plenty of time to enter the stadium and make the most of a packed evening of entertainment, tributes and activity across the ground.

Food and Drink

  • Supporters arriving early can also enjoy Happy Hour, with half-price draught pints available from 5pm until 6pm at all public bars.
  • There will be a wide range of food options available around the stadium, including burgers, pizza, fish and chips. Please note, all bars and concessions inside the stadium are card only.

Reserves Match

The Stadium gates open at 5pm and fans can watch rugby on the pitch at 5.15pm when Leeds Rhinos Reserves take on top of the table Wigan Warriors in a huge game.

South Stand Concourse

Face painters will be located in the South Stand and Courtyard, giving supporters the chance to wear Rob’s famous number seven face paint

Leeds Hospitals Charity and the MND Association will also be present in the South Stand concourse, where fans can find out more about the incredible work they continue to do and the impact of the support raised through fixtures like this.

Row4MND at AMT Headingley

The Row4MND crew will be out in force at AMT Headingley as they continue their remarkable four-year mission to raise vital funds for four MND-linked charities.

Their rowing boat, which has already taken the crew most of the way around the UK coastline through stormy seas and brutal conditions, will be on display outside the South Stand.

The crew are taking on 6,000 nautical miles over four years, with their challenge set to conclude in 2028 with a world-record attempt to row from New York to London. The campaign has received support from a number of high-profile figures, including Rhinos legends Sir Kevin Sinfield and Jamie Jones-Buchanan.

Dance Spectacular

Following the Reserves fixture, more than 700 children from local schools and community club groups will take to the pitch for our annual Dance Spectacular performance.

Supporters are encouraged to show their support for all those taking part

MND Tributes

Fans are encouraged to be in their seats by 7.15pm ahead of the evening’s MND tributes.

Led by stadium announcers Pete Nuttall and Matt Horton and supported by Jamie Jones-Buchanan, the tributes will begin from 7.30pm with a multi-part celebration of Rob Burrow’s life, legacy and the continued fight against MND.

The tribute will:

  • Shine a light on the incredible work of Leeds Hospitals Charity and the MND Association.
  • Reflect on the role Rob played in raising awareness, inspiring fundraising and giving hope to so many people affected by MND.

  • Highlight the importance of the Rob Burrow Centre for MND and the need to continue raising awareness of the disease.

  • Hear from the Row4MND crew as they continue their extraordinary fundraising challenge.

  • Look ahead to Sir Kevin Sinfield’s final challenge.

  • Reflect on the fourth Rob Burrow Leeds Marathon, where thousands once again Ran for Rob.

The pre-match build-up will conclude with a special live performance from AMT Headingley favourite Opera Man John Innes, as the players enter the field.

We will also be joined by Rob’s children, Maya, Macy and Jackson Burrow, who will deliver the match ball ahead of kick-off.
