Rhinos 4 Life raises almost £90,000 to help develop the next generation

Thanks to the incredible support of Rhinos 4 Life members, almost £90,000 has been raised over the last 12 months to help develop the next generation of Leeds Rhinos talent. 

To mark the milestone, Leeds Rhinos Managing Director Rob Oates joined Rhinos legend Danny McGuire for a special cheque presentation, celebrating another fantastic year of the successful partnership with the National Youth & Community Development Association (NYCDA). 

NYCDA is a not-for-profit organisation that works with partner clubs like Leeds Rhinos to generate vital funding through the NYCDA Weekly Draw. Every pound raised through Rhinos 4 Life helps support the development of our home-grown talent. 

The community game and our academy system have always been at the heart of the club's success and this partnership plays a crucial role in strengthening the club's player pathway. The funds raised will help develop the next generation of Rhinos stars, following in the footsteps of Mikolaj Oledzki, Harry Newman and Ash Handley. 

Throughout the summer, the Rhinos 4 Life team will continue to be active across the city, raising awareness of the draw and welcoming new members. Fans will see the team presenting £1,000 winners' cheques, running telesales campaigns, supporting matchdays at AMT Headingley and engaging with supporters throughout the community. 

By joining Rhinos 4 Life, supporters will not only be in with the chance of winning thousands of pounds in weekly cash prizes, but they will also be playing a direct part in supporting the next generation of Leeds Rhinos players.
