Job Opportunity – Hotel Receptionist, Headingley Stadium Hotel

We are currently looking to recruit a hotel receptionist to work in Headingley Stadium Hotel. The 36-bedroom hotel is situated inside AMT Headingley Stadium. The role holder will report to the Hotel Manager and provide positive experiences for all guests.

As the first point of contact for guests, you will be highly customer-focused and have excellent communication skills.  Your duties will include welcoming guests on arrival and assisting with their queries, handling incoming telephone calls, and processing payments for bookings. You will be able to work using your own initiative and have strong interpersonal skills.

Previous experience in a similar role would be desirable; however, training will be provided for the successful candidate.

The role is full-time time, but part-time applications will be considered. The shifts are 7 am to 3 pm or 3 pm to 11 pm. You will need to be flexible as there may be a requirement to work additional nights when required and weekends.

The salary for the role will be dependent on your skills, experience and current qualifications.
