Leeds Rhinos Women secured the signing of England international Lacey Owen ahead of the 2025 season.
The second-rower joined the club after becoming a two-time Grand Final winner with York Valkyrie and started her career with her hometown club, Castleford Tigers. In her debut season with the Rhinos, Owen came off the bench to make her first Leeds appearance against Sheffield Eagles, and added three appearances towards the end of the campaign against Huddersfield, York and Wigan in the semi finals.
She made her international debut with England in 2023 against Wales, scoring a try at AMT Headingley.
